Your father had wild salmon tonight at a Farm-and-Local -to -Table restaurant, called Higgins (named after the chef-owner) in Portland, which he said was fabulous.
I had a vegan dinner with G F zucchini fritters and an explosion of flavors involving various vegetables and rice, all GF and DF. XO
